Transport will be by DHL.
The items available in stock will be shipped within two working days from the date of receipt of the order. For items not in stock, because they are entirely handmade, delivery times may vary depending on the item chosen. Delivery time will be communicated as soon as the order will be received
Receipt of goods
Upon delivery the customer is required to check:
- that the number of packages delivered corresponds to the number indicated on the transport document
- that the packaging is intact and not altered. In case of tampering and/or breakage, the customer must immediately contest the shipment and/or the delivery by writing the “goods control reserve” on the delivery document received by the courier.
- The customer must subsequently report any damage within 7 days of receipt of the goods writing to the e-mail address email@example.com
In the event that the customer is not available for delivery by DHL, the goods will be returned to Claudio Calestani with the charge of the shipment and the order will be considered canceled.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE RETURN
To request return authorization, the Customer must send a request to firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of receipt of the order and must specify the items that are intended to be returned and the reason: change size, change ring size etc.
Upon receipt of the communication, Claudio Calestani will send a written confirmation to the Customer by email authorizing him to return the material.
The return can be made by any method desired by the customer.
The return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
Returned items must be intact and must not show any signs of use.
